Melbourne Temperance Masonic Lodge No.200 UVC jewel in 9ct gold with ribbon and bars in original(?) case; reverse engraved "Presented to Wor. Bro. Carl.W.Hauser As a token of Esteem on completion of his Year of Office as Wor. Master March 13th 1911".
