Return Policy
All orders are subject to Downie's Ltd return policy, if returned within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging Downie's will give a no questions ask refund of the purchase price paid.

Items purchased that included an additional bonus gift must return both the original item and the bonus gift in order to receive a refund.

Shipping
Downie's Ltd ships all order via UPS or USPS delivery is subject to receipt of payment (cleared funds) and take approximately 3 – 4 weeks, from date of order.

Navigation:
Downies.com consists of four main areas, the header navigation bar, the footer navigation bar, right hand side feature buttons and the main content frame.

The header navigation bar will provide you with access to the main sections of the site. In some instances, the selections within this bar may change; however you will always have the ability to return to the Home Page by selecting ’Home‘ from the top right hand corner.

The main content frame focuses on displaying the information on a specific area that you have selected. Additional links to other content may also be displayed from the main content frame.

System Requirements:
This site is optimized for viewing with Mozilla Firefox. To obtain the full functionality within the site, it is recommended that your Java and JavaScript option within your browser be enabled. Your desktop display area should be set to at least 800 by 600 pixels.

PDF Files:
Some documents within this site are available in ‘pdf’ format, so that you may receive the catalogue as a typeset document. The Acrobat Reader by Adobe Systems is freely distributed, to obtain a copy of Acrobat Reader, click here to visit the Adobe website and download your free copy.

These bullion prices are direct from Kitco.com, Downies.com cannot accept any liability for any loss suffered as a result of any action of any kind taken by any person based on information provided at this site.

Australian Coin Auctions:
In this section of Downies.com you are able to view the latest Australian Coin Auction Catalogue online. You are not able to bid online to Australian Coin Auctions. For all terms and conditions please see the Australian Coin Auctions, Terms and Conditions (located in the Header Navigation Bar - under ‘Online Catalogue’)

Analytics:
Downies.com uses Google Analytics to track how many people visit our site and how long they stay. This is only used for future improvements, additions and statistical information. No personal information is sent to Downies.com unless you authorise it.

How to order online:
Enter the appropriate store for you. (Australian & New Zealand Customers or North American & International Customers) The different stores are to calculate the appropriate currencies.

A range of categories will then appear in the centre of your screen. A search option is also available if you are looking for a particular item.

By selecting a category or using the search function you will then get a list of the relevant products. Click for more information, you are also able to click on the image to view it at a larger size.

All areas of the site that require visitors to enter information that may be deemed private, confidential or secure, uses a 128bit Verisign Secure Certificate. This can be validated by the padlock or key shown in the bottom right area of Windows Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. It can also be validated by clicking on the link provided with the Verisign Logo.

When you find a product you are interested in, click the ‘Order’ button. If you wish you purchase more than ‘1’ of an item simply change the ‘Qty’ number in the table. To continue shopping click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ link (Your cart will retain what you have already selected). To delete an item click the tick in the box to the left and then click on the ‘recalculate’ button.

If this is all you wish to purchase click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ link.

Fill in the personal details form carefully (please note the required fields) and click on the ‘continue’ button.

If all the information is correct all you need to do is click on the ‘Order Now’ button. If you do not wish to proceed with the order click on the ‘Cancel Order’ button.
