Honouring the centenaries of Victoria and Melbourne, the 1934-35 Centenary Florin is Australia's second commemorative type – and one of the nation's scarcest coins.

Although the stated maximum mintage was 75,000, it transpired that only 54,000 were issued, with the rest being returned to the Melbourne Mint and melted down. As a result, this sterling silver coin is tough to find in any grade, and rarely offered in the sparkling quality evident here.

A sensational opportunity, we have one example of the 1934-35 Centenary Florin officially assessed and graded by PCGS at MS65 – the equivalent of Gem Uncirculated! Click add to cart now!
