“Men, you are fighting for water. There's no water between this side of Beersheba and Esani. Use your bayonets as swords. I wish you best of luck.” - Brigadier-General William Grant, October 31st, 1917.

Desperate for water, the 4th Australian Light Horse Brigade mounted an assault on the Ottoman-held town of Beersheba that would be remembered in history forever. Celebrate this defining moment with the Charge at Beersheba Light Horse Figurine!

Traditionally, members of the Australian Light Horse would ride up to their targets, then dismount and fight on foot. Beersheba was the notable exception. With no swords at their disposal, the men relied on their bayonets, launching a cavalry-style charge at the town. The defenders were taken completely by surprise, and struggled to meet these galloping troops with their bullets.

With just 5,000 castings made, we recommend you act fast to avoid missing out on this limited-edition release! Each figurine is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
