In Australia, we’re lucky to have dedicated not-for-profits such as Beyond Blue to help us through tough times. Beyond Blue‘s vision is for everyone in Australia to achieve their best possible mental health. Their mission is to equip Australians with the skills they need to look after their own mental health and wellbeing and to create confidence in their ability to support those around them. This work is crucial in supporting essential workers during the pandemic.
