Are you a retail sales superstar with a passion of coins and collectables?
Downies Southgate are looking for a highly motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team to help continue our tradition of providing excellent service to our customers. The position will be focused on providing outstanding front-of-house customer service, as well as general (light) house-keeping.
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous retail sales & service experience
- Experience in processing customer transactions, including cash handling and balancing cash registers
- A solutions-focused attitude to helping customers
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including Saturdays and some public holidays
Previous experience or interest in numismatics, philately or antiques will be highly regarded. A personal interest in Coins, Collectables or antiques would be highly desirable or further studies in history or archaeology would also be an advantage.
