One of Rome’s greatest emperors was Hadrian - best known for Hadrian’s Wall. Althought he was more interested in a variety of male lovers, and treated his wife like a slave, he did honour the neglected Sabina in coinage. Indeed, she was the first woman to feature on a continuous series of Roman coins! Graded EF, the example before you is outstanding.
