How do I participate in an EQL certified coin launch at Downies?
Email invitation & Link: You’ll be sent an email informing you of the new coin release/s and prompted to enter through a link. Ballots will be open for a limited time, no repeat entries, limited stock.
Sign In / or Sign Up: Log into your EQL account, or you will be prompted to create one if you haven't yet.
Input your Details: You will then be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information.
Verify Your Entry: Complete the verification steps to confirm your entry.
Submit: Press the submit button and you're all set! Congrats! Your entry is now registered in the launch.

Will I be charged to enter a launch?
There are no fees to enter, and we won’t place a hold on your card. Your payment details are only required for identity verification and to submit your entry if you are selected. Please note: having your entry selected does not guarantee your order.
Can I cancel my entry?
Yes, you can cancel any time before the release window closes by visiting the launch page and selecting “Cancel my entry.” Cancellations are not possible once the release window has closed, as your entry confirms your intent to purchase if selected.
Can I enter multiple times?
We want everyone to have a fair chance of entering the launch and getting the coin/s they love. To ensure fairness, only one entry per person per product is allowed.
How will I know if my entry was successful?
If selected, you’ll receive an email alert followed by an order confirmation once your purchase is processed. We'll handle the fulfillment and delivery as per our terms and conditions.
Why might my entry be unsuccessful?
An unsuccessful entry simply means it wasn't selected in the draw, nothing more! If you miss out on one launch, EQL's unique EQLizer technology increases your chances of success in future launches.
What if my entry is selected but my order isn't processed?
Selection does not guarantee purchase. Orders might not be processed due to payment issues such as suspected fraud, insufficient funds, or incomplete payment details.
