Our estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks within Australia and 3 to 6 weeks overseas.

Please note that depending on the items ordered, most goods are shipped within 1-2 working days from receipt of order, subject to confirmation of payment, the item being in stock, and certain other conditions. Due to the high number of deliveries nationally, delays can occur during the Christmas season. If you feel you may be affected by seasonal/regional delivery delays please allow additional time for your order.


How can I get my delivery shipped by my preferred carrier?

We have delivery agreements with a selection of quality carriers. Our decision to use a specific carrier is usually based on the value of the item we are sending, the destination it is travelling to, and the experience of our similar customers. In some circumstances we can nominate a specific carrier. However, this is not available for all orders. 

Why is the price different on the web?

Our website shows the price including GST (Goods and Services Tax). International orders are not subject to GST, so this is deducted from your order (the price excluding GST is shown in the shopping cart). 

Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes and duty at the point of importation. Each country has their own customs rules and dutiable values. Different countries can consider goods in different categories of duty. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

What documentation do you provide to the carrier?

Most international items are shipped with an attached invoice, and item description. This is a requirement of most international courier services.

How do I track my order?

Many international orders are sent via courier. We will send you an email with a link to track your order once it is shipped. If you don’t receive an email you are most welcome to contact our customer service team, who will be very happy to confirm the delivery status.

Will my order attract import duties in my country?

Downies Collectables ships to customers across the world. The rules regarding import duties vary greatly by country, and also are subject to regular change. Please check the rules for your country prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for any import duties and customs charges your order may attract.

What happens if my order is damaged or lost?

We want you to have a great purchase experience, and so we carefully choose our delivery partners. Unfortunately occasionally things do go wrong. If the item is damaged in transit, is an incorrect item, or was incorrectly described, then we will happily offer a refund or an exchange. Please include your postage receipt with the package and we will refund the cost of return shipping.
