Over the years, it has emerged that a small percentage of the Royal Australian Mint 's 1979 Mint Set issue comprised an unusual 50c variety. Bearing the standard Coat of Arms design, this distinctive 50c was recognised by a double bar ' behind the emu 's head!
Headlined by the Double Bar 50c, and comprising Australia 's other five original decimal coin denominations (1c, 2c, 5c, 10c & 20c), the 1979 Double Bar Mint Set is scarce today. Just a few sets in stock each housed within the original pack of issue. Click add to cart now!
