Struck to rigorous Uncirculated quality from 1oz of 99.99% pure, glittering silver, the expansive 40.90mm flan is dominated by a sharply detailed portrayal of a majestic mare with her foal. Contrasting superbly with the two galloping horses, the mountainous backdrop has been enhanced with a glorious array of hues. The Chinese character for ‘Horse’ is also found on the reverse, along with the Perth Mint’s P mintmark. An official Australian legal tender issue, Daniel Thorne’s official portrait of King Charles III adorns the obverse.
