Starting from pole position, Perkins battled fiercely against a competitive field of Ford Sierras, Nissan Skylines, and Holden VK Commodores before finishing a strong 3rd place behind Dick Johnson and George Fury. It was a milestone moment for Perkins, coming just a year after he had branched out to form his own team, Perkins Engineering.
This premium model authentically recreates that historic Commodore in striking detail. Every element has been carefully crafted, including the intricately reproduced race-spec Holden V8 engine under the bonnet.
