Great customer service but far too long to leave the warehouse
"I try to support local Aussie businesses where I can but this is the second time it’s taken 2 weeks for the order to dispatch from the warehouse. As an example, I ordered something from England after ordering from downies and it arrived before my order was even packed. from here. Unfortunately both my downies orders I was told “the warehouse is behind at the moment”. To me, delivery times matter. If the guys in the warehouse were a bit more quicker this review would be 5 stars. A part from that, the car is top quality as expected. It was packed well and very secure. Considering the way Auspost and other delivery companies treat their parcels, I’d be confident ordering from here and it not getting damaged. Customer service was great, always got back to me or was happy to look into my order when I asked for an update. Just the warehouse system might need to be tinkered with and it would be a 5 star review! Cheers"
